Day 13: A Song that is a Guilty Pleasure
This isn't so much a song as a genre. Missa introduced me to it, and I fell in love incredibly quickly. What is it?
Contemporary opera.
Amici Forever is an incredible group, and gave me a new respect for opera music. While I've always been fond of classical, there's something about opera that just requires making fun of. But man, are the people in it amazing despite.
Amici calls themselves "the opera band", and it's a really enjoyable form of opera. I highly recommend them.
Day 14: A Song that No One would expect You to Love
I know I've posted this song before on this blog, but I think it's about all I've got. I'm generally pretty predictable in my music tastes.

It's very possible that I only love song because someone made a Megamind video to it, but whatever. My music tastes were expanded. P:

- Well, I'm Mary, although on the internet I usually go by Sparrow and certain note-writing people I know may also know me as "The". I enjoy carrying around pretzels to munch on, walking in a painful manner under the hot sun for two-three hours three days a week while playing a clarinet (aka Marching Band), and solving mysteries with my friends. We're almost as good as Scooby-Doo, although we tend to get called dorks rather than meddling kids.
